Farmers Market & Another Thank You

Farmers Market is probably my favourite Designer Series Paper. I just love the rich colours and the country feel. I also love all that scrumptious fruit and veg. And I am not just admiring the prints – I mean that literally. I think they have something from every growing season on there. The Gingham is also lovely. And have you seen those red spots? I am definitely going to use that sheet in a Christmas project.

I used the Kraft 12″ x 12″ Cardstock for the box as I wanted it as big as possible. It measures 19 x 19 x 5cm (7 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ x 2″).

I used a 5 x 10cm (2″ x 4″) piece of scrap kraft card and the Ornate Tag Topper Punch to create the label. I did the same again with the gingham and attached it to the back of the kraft card label with a couple of Dimensionals. I made the hole with the 1/4″ circle punch as I needed a big enough hole for the string to fit freely. The large thank you sentiment is from the Another Thank You Photopolymer Stamp Set. I can also see that I used the Kinda Eclectic Stamp Set to stamp create a feint image of leaves in the background, but you could easily leave that out. I do love the Kinda Eclectic Stamp Set and it’s not just because of the familiar name. I love that leaf stamp and I probably use it more than I should. I nearly always manage to get it in somewhere on a project. That leaf stamp is like the Where’s Waldo of the stamp world in my home.

I actually lost the original label from this box, but luckily I had a spare (although a tad too small) in my slight seconds tray. It served its purpose for the photo shoot, so it got its moment in the limelight. It’s now back in the tray poor thing.

IMG_3091 (2)I do hope you liked this project. I will be doing an instructional video for this box, so if you’d like to see that then please do drop in again. Or you could always subscribe so you don’t miss out on any new posts or videos.

Bye for now
